Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical scan take?

1-2 seconds

How does the product actually ensure that people wear their masks?

Our product is oriented towards efficiency; it is a foolproof way to know that all individuals entering a space wear their masks. While it is not an enforcement tool in its purest form, the scanner can be connected to an electronic lock or buzzer on request.

Does it work with all kinds of masks?

The neural network was trained on a diverse data set of people of all skin tones and varying colors of masks. It has a high success rate on all types of masks.

What is the success rate?

The success rate is around 97%.

Can it scan more than one individual simultaneously?

Yes! The algorithm can determine if more than one person is wearing a mask simultaneously, but more than one LED display would be required to communicate the information.
